  • Replenishment responsibilities

Consumables

Bring supply and replenishment into the service plan.

Zavvers can arrange supply and delivery of toilet paper, hand towels, soap, bin liners and other workplace consumables. Agree the products, quantities, storage and replenishment responsibilities as part of the service.

Match paper and soap to dispensers

Agree supply, delivery and replenishment

Confirm storage and access

Review stock and reorder needs

Agree what is cleaned—and who supplies what.

Routine kitchen cleaning and appliance-interior cleaning are different tasks. Identify fridges, microwaves, cupboards or other areas that need separate attention, including how food and personal items will be cleared beforehand.

Sanitary and nappy-bin servicing is excluded from the regular cleaning checklist; arrange that responsibility separately. For other washroom supplies, record dispenser types, stock storage and the person responsible for purchasing. Replenishment and supply should be explicit in the arrangement so that both the workplace and cleaning team know what is included.

Frequency questions

Use and occupancy guide the schedule.

  • How many people use the facilities?
  • Which days and times are busiest?
  • Are visitors or multiple tenants involved?
  • Where are waste and stock areas located?
  • Which details need a separate periodic visit?
  • Who should receive supply updates?
